Inclusion Criteria
All of the following :
1.Age more than 18 years old
2.Respiratory failure requiring intubation and mechanical ventilation
3. Requiring high flow nasal cannula after extubation
Exclusion Criteria
1.Unretrievable data from medical records
2.Use of other types of oxygen therapy before High flow nasal cannula during
post-extubation period
