Inclusion Criteria
Children and adolescents of both genders from 7th to 9th grades from the selected schools who agree to participate in the study with their parents/guardianâ??s consent
Exclusion Criteria
Children and adolescents with a known history of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac, respiratory or medical condition that limit their ability to participate in physical activity program
