Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Hypotensive patients (MAP less then 65mmhg) of age 18 to 80 years in the ICU will be included in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients having h/o forearm surgery
  • •2\.Local infection
  • •3\.Local artery embolism
  • •4\.Negative Allenâ??s test
  • •5\.Abnormal ulnar artery
  • •6\.Patients who had undergone arterial puncture within one\-month period immediately preceding the commencement of the trial
  • •7\.Abnormal coagulopathy
  • •8\.Patients who do not give informed consent
