Inclusion Criteria

1. Refractory glaucoma patients (defined as glaucoma patients with uncontrolled IOP equal or more than 21 mm Hg at least 3 months despite maximally tolerated topical antiglaucoma medications, with or without oral antiglaucoma medications, and previous surgical therapy if any.)
2. BCVA from 20/20 to PL
3. Age equal or mote than 18 years old and equal or less than 80 years old
4. In case of bilateral refractory glaucoma, the eye which has higher IOP or more aggressive symptoms will be chosen

Exclusion Criteria

1.Previous intraocular surgery within 2 months
2.Any sign of ocular infection or inflammation
3.Having an extended scleral thinning for more than 1 clock hour
4.Pregnancy
5.Patients who cannot be performed local anesthesia
