- •1)Patients diagnosed with First Episode MDD
- •as per DSM-5 (International Classification of
- •Diseases 10th edition â?? Diagnostic Criteria for
- •2) Either gender
- •3) Age between 18 to 55 years
排除标准
- •1) Patients with morbid obesity (BMI >35),
- •comorbid alcohol, tobacco, cannabis or an￾other drug dependence
- •2) Patients with current active infections such as
- •tuberculosis or COVID-19
- •3) Comorbid autoimmune diseases
- •4) Pregnant and lactating women
- •5) Pre-existing endocrine disorders
- •6) Pre-existing chronic illness like diabetes, hypertension, hepatic and renal disease, connective tissue diseases, malignancies
- •7) Individuals who are already practicing some
