Inclusion Criteria
adult patients
-either gender
-scheduled for percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of primary or secondary hepatic tumors
Exclusion Criteria
-patients with a child-pugh score more than B7
-INR more than1.5
-platelet count less than 50000/mm3
-history of mental disorders
-allergy to local anesthetics
-chest wall deformity
-regular use of analgesics
