Inclusion Criteria
- •adult patients
- •\-either gender
- •\-scheduled for percutaneous radiofrequency ablation of primary or secondary hepatic tumors
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-patients with a child\-pugh score more than B7
- •\-INR more than1\.5
- •\-platelet count less than 50000/mm3
- •\-history of mental disorders
- •\-allergy to local anesthetics
- •\-chest wall deformity
- •\-regular use of analgesics
