Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.ASA 1 and 2 patients.
- •2\.patients scheduled for ctvs and general surgery who require central venous catheter for perioperative management.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.known carotid aretery pathologies.
- •2\.gross aspect of right aspect of neck.
- •3\.patients with altered coagulation ,arrhythmias,pacemaker in situ.
