1.Adults aged over 18 years in all stages of stroke.
2.Hemiplegic that affected lower extremity (LE) function and performance.
3.Able to understand and follow simple verbal instructions, no severe cognitive disorders that would interfere with the studyâ??s purpose.
4.Stable medical condition to allow participation in the study.
5.Ambulatory before stroke.
6.No participation in other studies concurrent with this study.
1.Patients with neglect, pusher syndrome.
2.Visual deficits.
3.Any other associated neurological disorder, psychological or emotional problems.
4.Cardiovascular instability.
5.Any musculoskeletal disorder affecting mobility.
