Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Active worker volunteers who use computers for at least four hours a day; both sexes; age between 18 and 59 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregnant volunteers; Volunteers reporting musculoskeletal pain or injury due to infectious, genetic or traumatic disease and / or disorder; Volunteers who have a physical or mental disability.
