1. The pateints got general anesthesia at Busan Paik Hospital, from October, 2016 to January, 2017, and complaind sore throat, discomfort of throat, difficult to swallow, or voice change after general anesthesia and were consulted otolaryngologist.
2. The patients included "1" and had vocal cord paralysis diagnosis by laryngendoscopy.
1. The patient had vocal cord paralysis before the surgery under general anesthesia
2. The injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve during the surgery
3. The patient kept tracheal intubation or got ventilator care after the surgery

- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The risk factor related to vocal cord palsy during the surgery under general anesthesia: age, cormack grade, intubating tube, kind of surgery, position during surgery, duration of anesthesia, medical history(hypertension, diabetes melitus).
