Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients anticipated with cervical epidural block at C5/6 level
(Herniated cervical disc disease, post-herpetic neuralgia)
2. age between 20-70 and agreement with informed consents
Exclusion Criteria
1. History of Craninectomy or Craniotomy
2. Glaucoma or Cartaract
3. Allergy to local anesthetics and contrast dye
4. Cushing syndrome
5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and hypertension
6. Dural punctured patient during the procedure
