The main finding of this study is that the PTG showed the best effect in improving muscle quality. While the change in HHb before and after the test in the CP was significantly lower than that of the PTG. In contrast, the RTG was significantly higher than that of the CG and the CON in the One-leg standing. For TUG, the three groups of exercises have improved significantly.
