•1.Women with Breast or Ovarian cancer, coming to HCG hospital after their diagnosis
•2.Age - above 30 years
•3.Zubrodâ??s performance status 0-2 (ambulatory > 50% of time)
•4.Willingness to participate in the study
•5.Minimum high school education

•1.Duration of metastasis more than 1 year
•2.Brain metastasis
•3.A concurrent medical condition likely to interfere with yoga intervention or survival
•4.Any major psychiatric, neurological illness, or autoimmune disorders
•5.Those who are on hydrocortisone medications or have HIV
•6.Pregnant or lactating mothers or planning to conceive during the study period
•7.Those who are recruited for clinical trials involving investigational new drugs
•8.Prior practice of yoga in the last 6 months
•9.History of any pathologic fractures
•10.Undergoing Ratiation therapy to lung lesions
•11.Septicemia, Multi organ failure, Bedridden patients
