(1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction/cerebral hemorrhage;
(2) meeting the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke mild cognitive impairment: impairment of at least one cognitive domain exists, but not meeting the diagnostic criteria for dementia. The overall recession scale (GDS) is 2-3; Simple intelligent mental state scale (MMSE): >=17 points for illiteracy (uneducated), >=20 points for primary school (<=6 years of education), >=24 points for secondary school or above (>6 years of education); Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA) <26;
(3) between 18 and 75 years old;
(4) cognitive dysfunction within 6 months after stroke;
(5) memory impairment (private complaint, provided by others);
(6) instrumental daily living ability may be normal or slightly impaired, but should be independent of motor/sensory symptoms;
(7) the patient is conscious and his vital signs are stable;
(8) having a primary school education level or above;
(9) did not participate in the clinical study of other intervention measures within 1 month before being selected;
(10) informed consent to participate in this research.
(1) unable to cooperate with severe heart, liver, kidney, malignant tumor and other diseases
(2) patients with obvious hearing, vision, aphasia, cognitive dysfunction and other physical assessment cannot cooperate;
(3) mild cognitive impairment before stroke;
(4) other physical and mental disorders leading to dementia and brain dysfunction;
(5) women who are pregnant or intend to be pregnant or who are breast-feeding.
