(1) the clinical diagnosis was the first unilateral hemispheric cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage, which was confirmed by CT or MRI;
(2) accorded with the diagnostic criteria of dysphagia;
(3) abnormal manifestations in oral stage and pharyngeal stage in the process of evaluation;
(4) the course of stroke and the duration of dysphagia were between 3 months;
(5) the patient was conscious, the vital signs were stable, and there was no fever and pulmonary infection.
(6) Aged 35 to 75 years old;
(7) informed consent.
(1) non-unilateral lesions;
(2) previous history of brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric disorders;
(3) previous history of dysphagia;
(4) complicated with cognitive impairment, aphasia, severe cardiopulmonary and renal complications;
(5) those who are unable to cooperate with the examination and treatment.
