Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Gridhrasi with the symptoms of sciatica.
- •2\.Positive straight leg raising (SLR) test (30 to 70 degree).
- •3\.Patients fit for basti karma.
- •4\.Patients aged between 20\-70 years.
- •5\.Patients of either gender irrespective of caste, creed and religion.
- •6\.Patients who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.History of major trauma causing spondylolisthesis,fractures of spine, pelvis and femur
- •2\.Surgical indications with progressive neurological deficit
- •3\.History of carcinoma, tuberculosis, spondyloarthopathy, infective conditions
- •4\.History spinal surgery
- •5\.Diabetes mellitus, essential hypertension, hypothyroidism
