Inclusion Criteria
1.Subjects with the symptoms of Reduced strength(Cheshta Nivritti),Slurred speech(Vakstambha) and Pain(Ruja)
2.Subjects who are conscious and oriented â?? Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) > 8
3.Subjects aged between 30-65 years
4.Subjects of either gender
5.Subjects fit for basti karma
6.Subjects who are ready to participate and sign the informed consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1.Diagnosed cases of intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial space occupying lesion,
Congenital defects, carcinoma, Intra cranial infections and retroviral diseases
2.Marked impaired mental functions
3.Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c > 8 mg/dl) and uncontrolled
hypertension ( >160/100)
4.Pregnant women
5.Lactating mother
