Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1.Subjects with the symptoms of Reduced strength(Cheshta Nivritti),Slurred speech(Vakstambha) and Pain(Ruja)
  • 2.Subjects who are conscious and oriented â?? Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) > 8
  • 3.Subjects aged between 30-65 years
  • 4.Subjects of either gender
  • 5.Subjects fit for basti karma
  • 6.Subjects who are ready to participate and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.Diagnosed cases of intracranial hemorrhage, intracranial space occupying lesion,
  • Congenital defects, carcinoma, Intra cranial infections and retroviral diseases
  • 2.Marked impaired mental functions
  • 3.Subjects with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (HbA1c > 8 mg/dl) and uncontrolled
  • hypertension ( >160/100)
  • 4.Pregnant women
  • 5.Lactating mother
