Elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients

Exclusion Criteria

Allergy to paracetamol

Psychiatric patient

Patients on benzodiazepine therapy

Deranged liver function test

Emergency laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients

Alcoholics
