- •Adult ASA II, III patients undergoing thoracic surgeries for lung pathologies
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Emergency surgeries
- •2\.Anomalies of vertebral column
- •3\.Blood or CSF tap during the procedure
- •4\.Patient on anti\-coagulants or with
- •bleeding diathesis
- •5\.Patientâ??s refusal to procedure
- •6\.Patients with psychological disorders
- •7\.Patients with opioid abuse/ dependency
