  • •Adult ASA II, III patients undergoing thoracic surgeries for lung pathologies

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Emergency surgeries
  • •2\.Anomalies of vertebral column
  • •3\.Blood or CSF tap during the procedure
  • •4\.Patient on anti\-coagulants or with
  • •bleeding diathesis
  • •5\.Patientâ??s refusal to procedure
  • •6\.Patients with psychological disorders
  • •7\.Patients with opioid abuse/ dependency
