1. Aged 40 to 80 years;
2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute hemorrhagic stroke;
3. Acute cerebral hemorrhage onset time is less than 1 week;
4. NIHSS score >= 6 points;
5. Family or I sign a written informed consent form for participation in this trial.
Who meet the above 5 items at the same time can be included in the study.
1. The onset time was more than 1 week;
2. Cerebral hemorrhage was confirmed to be caused by brain tumors, brain trauma, hematological diseases (secondary to anticoagulant and thrombolytic therapy), vascular malformations or cerebral aneurysms;
3. Surgical treatment of patients;
4. Pregnant and lactating women;
5. Severe heart disease, heart dysfunction, liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, respiratory failure, malignant tumor, gastrointestinal bleeding at the time of onset;
6. Psychiatric patients;
7. those who are participating in other clinical trials;
8. those who do not agree to participate in this trial.
Those meeting any of the above shall be excluded.
