Inclusion Criteria
age from 25 to 75 years, coronary heart disease (stadium post myocardial infarction, stadium post percutaneous translumal coronary angioplasty, stadium post Coronary Artery Bypass Graft)
Exclusion Criteria
kidney insufficiency from state III (creatininclearance beyond 60 ml/min after Cockcroft-Galut); acute inflammatory disease (CRP cut off > 1,0 mg/dl); operation or bigger trauma bevor < 6 weeks; myocardial infarction < 6 weeks ago
