入选标准
- •1. 19 < Age < 65
- •1.1 Moderate or severe pain and functional restrictions such as movement restrictions (pain NRS 4 or higher, SPADI 40 or higher)
- •(including M750, M571, M752, M753, M754, M755, M7911, S434 etc. if complaining of pain in both shoulders, only one shoulder must be selected)
- •2. A person who can communicate normally
- •3. A person who has signed a research agreement
排除标准
- •1. Shoulder pain caused by lung, heart, cervical spine, or other reason. Shoulder pain after stroke, spinal cord injury, surgery, or other disease which is not shoulder disease
- •2. a patient with a history of shoulder surgery
- •3. a patient diagnosed with a fractured shoulder, dislocation
- •4. In case the daoyin therapy is inappropriate or unsafe
- •4.1. In cases where it is difficult to apply daoyin therapy due to skin inflammation at the contact point for towing exercise therapy
- •4.2. the history of surgery on other areas related to shoulder movement (including metal insertion and fixation) affects shoulder movement
- •5. Patients diagnosed with other conditions that may affect the results of the study or who are on medication
- •5.1. Those who have taken drugs that may affect pain such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) within the last two weeks
- •5.2. A person who has performed injection therapy that may affect pain, such as steroid injection treatment, within the last month
- •6. Except for pregnant women, those who are planning to become pregnant and nursing mothers
- •7. Complete rupture of rotator cuff according to physical examination or suspected inflammatory arthritis due to physical examination and shoulder pain pattern investigation
- •7.1. The rotator cuff is suspected to be completely ruptured, based on special tests such as positive empty can test.
- •7.2. In the case of suspected inflammatory arthritis symptoms such as night pain, radiation pain, hot sensation, swelling, etc
- •8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within the last three months
- •9. Other patients who are inappropriate to participate in the study according to the opinion of the person in charge of research
