Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. adults: \= 18 and \= 90 years old
- •2\. disease activity:
- •a.AD: vIGA \= 3 and EASI score \= 21\.
- •b.AD: Extrinsic AD (sensitisation to multiple environmental allergens).
- •c.CU: UCT score \= 12\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •CU: With asthma or/and atopic dermatitis.
