Inclusion Criteria
1. adults: = 18 and = 90 years old
2. disease activity:
a.AD: vIGA = 3 and EASI score = 21.
b.AD: Extrinsic AD (sensitisation to multiple environmental allergens).
c.CU: UCT score = 12.
Exclusion Criteria
CU: With asthma or/and atopic dermatitis.

Name Time Method To assess the expression and relevance of pro-inflammatory factors in the skin and blood (by proteomic analysis, flow cytometry and histological examination of skin biopsies) in patients with inflammatory skin diseases.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. assess the correlation of disease-dependent pro-inflammatory factors and disease activity and duration.<br><br>2. investigate the correlation between disease-dependent molecular inflammatory pathways and drug response.<br><br>3. assess the identification of potential pharmacological targets using post hoc analysis of molecular data.
