1) adult patients (19-79 years old) who develop shock in the intensive care unit after cardiovascular surgery
2) patients who develop shock once study drugs being infused from the operation room are tapered out under stable vital signs
3) patients who agree to participate the study and sign at informed conset form
1)patients who have chronic rhythm problems such as chronic supraventricular arrhythmia, or permanent pacemaker insertion or implantable cardiac defibrillators insertion
2) patients who already receive rescue drugs infusion such as epinephrine and vasopressin in the operation room
3) patients who are admitted in the intensive care unit being infused with study drugs from the operating room wtih unstable vital signs
4) patients who develop brain injury as severe as brain death
5) patients who receive mechanical circulatory supports such as intraaortic balloon pump, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation because of refractory shock in the operating room
6)patients who do not develop shock
7) patients who undergo emergency operation
8) patients who already participate other drug related clinical trials
