Inclusion Criteria
clinical symptoms with or without radiological changes.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients below 20 years and above 70 years of age will be excluded.
2. Patient suffering from paralysis.
3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neoplastic disorder, any severe illness.
4. Pregnancy
5. Severe malnourished, debilitated
6. Myelopathy, any type of malignancy
