Patients with clinical findings suggestive of occupational stress will be the potential trial subjects.
Patients in the age group 25-60 years of either sex.
Patients assessed with low and moderate levels of stress according to Perceived Stress scale (PSS) and Work Stress Questionnaire.
Patients who are dependent and not willing to taper psychoactive drugs (sedatives).
Patients who are suffering from acute systemic illness.
Pregnant lady and lactating mothers, who have recent history (less than month) of abortion.
Patient who are suffering from fluctuating hypertension and diabetes.
Patient suffering from organic brain diseases.
Patients suffering from any kind of major illness such as Malignancy, Cardiac disease, HIV, Tuberculosis etc.
Patients having addiction (alcohol and narcotics).
