Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are clinically diagnosed with chronic urticaria with wheals and pruritus with or without angioedema for a period more than 6 weeks
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, internal malignancy, recent surgery, on anticoagulant or steroid medication
2.Pregnant or lactating women
3.Patients not willing for the study
