1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease;
2. Age 25-49 years;
3. Hoehn-Yahr stage 1-4;
4. Clear consciousness, stable vital signs, and able to communicate normally;
5. Willing to sign an informed consent form.
Patients will be excluded if they meet any of the following aspects:
1.Parkinsonism syndrome and Parkinson plus syndrome caused by cerebrovascular disease, poisoning and other causes;
2. Presence of serious diseases such as severe liver or kidney disease, blood disorders, tumors, endocrine diseases, or pain;
3. Concurrent participation in other drug and acupuncture clinical trials;
4. Communication barriers such as mental illness, hearing impairment, or cognitive impairment;
5. History of alcohol abuse or drug abuse;
6. Contraindications to acupuncture, such as ableeding tendency or local infection at acupoints;
7.Pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
