Inclusion Criteria

1.Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinsons disease;
2.Hoehn and Yahr staging scale stage 1 to 4;
3.HAMA scale score ranged from 14 to 29;
4.Able to provide written informed consent;
5.Men or women aged 35 to 80 years.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Significant neurologic, renal, cardiovascular or hepatic impairment;
2.Any disease can lead to Parkinsons syndrome or other conditions that are suspected to be related to the patients symptoms;
3.Significant cognitive impairment defined by MOCA < 23;
4.No significant response to high dose levodopa therapy;
5.Medical or psychiatric comorbidity that could compromise study participation;
6.Drug or alcohol use or dependence that could compromise study participation;
7.Exposure to study drug or acupuncture before 30 days of study entry;
8.Allergy or intolerance to acupuncture;
9.Subjects, who by investigators determination, will not be able to adhere to study protocol.
