Aged 40 to 50 years with osteoporosis
post menopausal women
no history of fractures
osteoporotic patients with medication for osteoporosis for more than 3 months
osteoporosis T-scoring at or below -2.5
Any patient with fracture or history of fracture for 1 year
aged below 40
unstable hypertension, cardiovascular disease and diabetes mellitus
history of total hip replacement or total knee replacement
progressive neurological disease, chronic disabling arthritis
participants with osteoporosis and not taking medication for the same
