Inclusion Criteria
1. Participants with asymptomatic hamstring tightness of all genders
2. Age group of 18 to 25 years
3. Individuals having lack of 15 degrees in active knee extension test
4. sit and reach test distance less than 5 cm
5. Participants who are willing to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Participants with lower limb musculoskeletal injury
recent surgeries of hip and knee joint
Participants who exercise regularly or have undertaken lower limb strength training in the last 6 months
