Patients with systemic sclerosis.
(1) Outpatients of the scleroderma department and wards of Shanghai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital, members of the Scleroderma Care Home.
(2) Previously diagnosed with systemic sclerosis in a tertiary hospital for six months.
(3) Between the ages of 18 and 75 years.
(4) Voluntary acceptance of this study protocol, good compliance, clear thinking, clear expression, normal language and sensory responses. Patients who are able to understand the specifics and implications of this study.
Healthy controls:
(1) Healthy women.
(2) Between the ages of 18 and 75 years.
Patients with systemic sclerosis.
(1) Patients who do not meet the age criteria;
(2) Patients with limited scleroderma;
(3) Patients with a history of psychiatric diagnosis;
(4) Patients with a history of other significant illnesses not secondary to SSC, such as tumors, stroke, or severe trauma.
Healthy controls:
(1) A history of major illnesses such as tumors, strokes, and serious trauma;
(2) A history of chronic illness for more than one year;
(3) History of psychiatric diagnosis.
