(1) Patients diagnosed with end-stage renal disease who undergo regular hemodialysis (2-3 times a week, each lasting 3-4 hours) for a duration of = 3 months;<br>(2) Age = 18 years old, regardless of gender;<br>(3) Having normal cognitive and communication skills, able to cooperate with doctors to complete questionnaire surveys and interviews;<br>(4) Each patient has signed a valid informed consent form before participating in the trial;<br>(5) Able to obtain complete clinical data.
(1) Individuals who have previously suffered from depression or anxiety syndrome, and have experienced significant life pressure, family upheavals, significant psychological trauma, and have taken antidepressant and anti anxiety medication within six months;<br>(2) Individuals who have had a cold, fever, lung infection, or systemic infection (such as infectious diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, hematological diseases, or autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, and gout) within 2 weeks and have taken treatment with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, corticosteroids, immunosuppressive drugs, or antibiotics;<br>(3) Merge severe heart, brain, liver, and lung dysfunction, hematological diseases, and malignant tumors;<br>(4) Have a history of major trauma, blood loss, surgery, etc. within the past 3 months;<br>(5) Pregnant and lactating women.
