Name Time Method Observation of therapeutic effects of theophylline on the symptoms of ADCY5 dyskinesia<br><br>WHAT: Influence of theophylline on symptoms. <br>WHEN: at a time chosen by the patient or family within the recruitment window. There is therefore no specification of a specific theophylline dose or a specific clinical condition. HOW: using a questionnaire: here a list of typical ADCY5-associated symptoms is offered and explained. The effects of theophylline are asked about using a Likert scale

Name Time Method Tolerance of theophylline<br><br>The questionnaire contains questions about adverse drug reactions (ADRs), which are answered by the patient/family. These ADRs are related to the indicated dose of theophylline.
