Subjects willing to participate in the study
Male and female participants in the age group of 18-25 years
Subjects with a score between 107-205 (moderate to high addiction) on the Social Media Addiction Scale
Subjects with moderate to high levels of stress (score of 14-40) as per the Perceived Stress Scale
Participants diagnosed with any neurological, musculoskeletal conditions that restrict participation in dual-task training and mindfulness exercises
Contraindications for dual-task training and mindfulness exercises
