18-95 years, diagnosis of oncologic disease and symptoms of chemotherapy-induced polyneuropathy (CIPN), patient consent, patients have received at least one course of platinum-, taxane-, or vincaloid-based chemotherapy, proteasome inhibitor, or thalidomide/lenalidomide/pomalidomide therapy, indication of at least. 4 points on the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) for pain, cramps, tingling, or numbness in the feet (score: =4/10), platelet count greater than 100,000/µL
According to the inclusion criteria, patients with polyneuropathy already before oncological system therapy, platelets<100,000/µl.
Psychological restrictions (lack of capacity to consent), which do not allow participation in the study.
Interventions such as massages/ rubs with or without oils during the study period.
Infections and/or open wounds on the feet, coagulopathies, allergy to the base oil, other neuropathies such as diabetic polyneuropathy

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Primary endpoint: Change in pain on the 10-item NRS compared before the start of the 1st application (RE) to 24 hours after the 3rd treatment.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Secondary endpoints: NRS 24 hours, at 2 and 4 weeks after 1st RE, symptom assessment of polyneuropathy (EORTC QLQ-CIPN20) 2 and 4 weeks after initiation of RE.
