Inclusion Criteria
Patients newly diagnosed with SICH confirmed by coronary tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans.
Patients of both gender, 18 yrs and above.
Patients prescribed with either monotherapy (low dose aspirin) or dual therapy
(SQ LMWH + Low dose aspirin).
Exclusion Criteria
Patients on previous anticoagulant therapy.
No available imaging studies, including initial coronary tomography angiography (CTA).
Patients previously treated with SICH in another hospital.
Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study.
