T2DM Patients identified from World Diabetic Federation registry having peripheral neuropathy.
Patients who are a part of WDF and coming for follow-up.
Both males and females
Minimum Duration of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: One year
Participants with functional hearing
Independently ambulant participants
Individuals previously diagnosed to have Diabetic retinopathy.
Individuals having any previously diagnosed ocular conditionlike age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), glaucoma, ocular hypertension or optic nerve diseases.
Individuals who have received any retinal laser photocoagulation.
Open Foot ulcers.
Partial or complete foot Amputation.
Acute or chronic pain OR injury OR illness which may interfere with ambulation.
Participants who have cognitive or neuromuscular disorders which may affect balance like stroke, Parkinsons, vertigo.
