Inclusion Criteria
All patients with differential diagnosis of ILD on CT scan.
Patients who are considered fit by multidisciplinary team.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients whose likely diagnosis was malignancy at CT scan.
Patients not giving consent and would not like to take part in the study.
