Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient of spondyloathropathy according to ASAS criteria
- •Above 16 years of age
- •Able to give informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •Chronic illness(TB,Hematologic malignacies ,cardiac disease )that interfere with crp and esr measurements.
- •Mechanical back pain
- •Diagnosed case of peripheral neuropathy
