Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

•In the study are all patients, who used the service of the FETZ from 1998 until 2015\. Only the patients, who fullfilled an exclusion criteria, mentioned in the following section, are excluded from the study.

Exclusion Criteria

•1\.Life\-time diagnosis of a psychotic disorder (non\-affective, affective) according to the DSM\-IV (APA, 1994\) and/or ICD\-10 (WHO, 1999\) criteria at the first contact at the FETZ or at any later timepoint,
•2\. or a well documented life\-time diagnosis of a psychotic disorder (non\-affective, affective) according to the DSM\-IV (APA, 1994\) and/or ICD\-10 (WHO, 1999\) in the data.
•3\. previously known diseases of the central nervous System (CNS), somatic diseases with effects on the central nervous System (e.g. untreated hyperthyroidism)
