简要总结

Social media addiction persists among young adults despite extensive research, with underexplored links to cognitive function, self-esteem, and yoga interventions. This study examines a cost-effective yoga module’s impact on addiction symptoms amid rising stress from excessive use. Yoga, as a mind-body therapy, enhances self-regulation, reduces anxiety/depression, and improves well-being (Woodyard, 2011; Ambhore & Joshi, 2009; Tadpatrikar et al., 2023b), though its effects on digital addiction remain un-validated.
