Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria for stroke survivors
- •Male or female, aged 18 years or over.
- •survived a stroke for more than 6 months.
- •Willing to participate in the study.
- •Inclusion criteria for caregiver
- •Male or female, aged 18 years and over.
- •Had a family member who had survived from stroke for more than 6 months.
- •Able to communicate Thai or local Thai dialect.
- •Willing to participate in the research.
- •Inclusion criteria for community leader
Exclusion Criteria
- •Exclusion criteria for stroke survivors
- •Had an acute illness that required hospitalization.
- •passed away before the data collection operation was complete.
- •Exclusion criteria for caregiver
- •Had an acute illness that requires hospitalization.
- •Unable to complete participation in the study
- •Exclusion criteria for community leader
- •Had an acute illness that required hospitalization.
- •Unable to participate in all duration of the study
