Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Inclusion criteria for stroke survivors
  • Male or female, aged 18 years or over.
  • survived a stroke for more than 6 months.
  • Willing to participate in the study.
  • Inclusion criteria for caregiver
  • Male or female, aged 18 years and over.
  • Had a family member who had survived from stroke for more than 6 months.
  • Able to communicate Thai or local Thai dialect.
  • Willing to participate in the research.
  • Inclusion criteria for community leader

Exclusion Criteria

  • Exclusion criteria for stroke survivors
  • Had an acute illness that required hospitalization.
  • passed away before the data collection operation was complete.
  • Exclusion criteria for caregiver
  • Had an acute illness that requires hospitalization.
  • Unable to complete participation in the study
  • Exclusion criteria for community leader
  • Had an acute illness that required hospitalization.
  • Unable to participate in all duration of the study
