入选标准
- •1.Aged 18 years and above
- •2.Patients of both genders will be included in the study
- •3.Patients with the diagnosis of chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis for at least 6 weeks
- •4.Elevated baseline serum phosphorus ( > 5.5 mg/dl)
排除标准
- •1.Significant gastrointestinal disorder (including known active peptic ulcer, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, GI motility disorder)
- •2.Current malignancy
- •3.Pregnant and lactating women
- •4.Known hypersensitivity to phosphate binders
- •5.Other drugs affecting phosphorus metabolism (steroids, alcohol intake and use of other phosphate binders)
