- •1.Duration of mechanical ventilation > 48 hrs
- •2.Eligible for spontaneous breathing trial(SBT)
排除标准
- •1.Patients with chest or abdominal trauma, abdominal surgery, distorted abdominal wall anatomy.
- •2.Localized fluid collections in the abdomen, abdominal wall hematomas, hernias and inguinal masses.
- •3.Neuromuscular weakness and diaphragmatic disorders.
- •4.Pneumothorax,pleural effusion.
- •5.Pregnanacy.
