入选标准
- •1.Patients who are going to have emergency operation
- •2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) is I-III
- •3.Age > 18 yrs
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy
- •2.Previous gastric or lower esophageal surgery
- •3.Known abnormalities of the upper GI tract (such as hiatus hernia and gastric tumor)
- •4.Any oral premedication given within 6h before arrival in the operating theatre
- •5.Patient refusal
- •6.Patients who cannot be in right lateral decubitus position
- •7.True emergency
- •9.BMI > 50
