Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Age 1\-12 years
  • •2\.ASA I and II
  • •3\.Scheduled for Non\-gastrointestinal surgeries under General Anesthesia,fasting at least 6 hours for solids.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Parent/Caregiver refusal
  • •2\.Inadequate Per Oral status
  • •3\.Obesity (BMI \= 30 kg/m2\)
  • •4\.Gastroesophageal Reflux Disorders
  • •5\.Diabetes Mellitus
  • •6\.Any disease that will impair gastric motility
