Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Adolescent age between 13\-15
  • •Both boys and girls
  • •SAS\-SV score more than or equal to 31 in females and more than or equal to 33 in males

Exclusion Criteria

  • •A history of recent surgery and fracture of upper limb, thoracic cage,spinal, abdominal and lower limb within 6 months
  • •History of back pain
  • •Obese children
  • •Children with cardiorespiratory defects and neurological disorder
  • •Visual or auditory deficits
  • •Individuals who cannot adhere to researchers directives or read and process the questionnaire and testing protocol
