入选标准
- •1. older 18 year-old
- •2. diagnosed cupulo-PC-BPPV, Cupulo-AC-BPPV or persistent geotropic nystagmus
- •?cupulo-PC BPPV : upbeat-torsional nystagmus more than 1 minute during Dix-Hallpike maneuver
- •?cupulo-AC-BPPV : downbeat-torsional nystagmus more than 1 minute during Dix-Hallpike or straight head hanging maneuver.
- •?persistent geotropic nystagmus : geotropic nystagmus more than 1 minute during supine rolling maneuver.
- •3. no other central sign or structural lesion
- •4. agree to enrolled
排除标准
- •1. diagnosed other vestibular disorders (ex. vestibular neuronitis, Meniere disease)
- •2. rapid progression by test maneuver
- •3. diagnosed central vertigo
- •4. not possible to treatment maneuver due to pregnancy, obes or pain in back
- •5. any other cause to not possible to enrolled (ex. liver disease, cancer, kidney disease)
- •6. not agree to enrolled
